Hayden Talks About Former Brian Hickerson's Assault Charge


American actress Hayden Panettiere allegations:


American Hayden Panettiere is not silent on the allegations he has made from his ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson.


On July 1, he shared an Instagram post telling survivors of domestic abuse that they were "not alone."


The U.S. Weekly reported on Thursday, July 16, that Brian was charged with seven felony counts and one felony count.


If convicted, he could face up to 10 years and eight months in prison, "said a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.


Actress Hayden Panettiere writes, "I am coming forward with the truth in the hope that my story will enable them to get the help they need and the help they deserve in the face of abusive relationships with others."


"I'm ready on my part to make sure this person never gets hurt again. I'm grateful for my support system, which helped me get my voice and the courage to get my life back."


Allegations include injuring Hayden Panettiere in an incident in May 2019, abusing batteries, allegedly injuring him again in December 2019 and January 2020, and an incident involving an assault with a deadly weapon.


Brian is pleading not guilty and is currently out on 320,000 bails. He is scheduled to appear in court at the end of July. Hayden Panettiere has also filed a defensive order against him.


Hayden Panettiere and Brian called the Australian from 2018 to February 2020 before leaving. His attorney, Alan Jackson, said on page six:


"After years of suffering from mental, emotional and severe physical abuse, Hayden Panettiere has begun the process of getting his life back."
