Andrew Dunbar has unexpectedly Died: 

Canadian actor Andrew Dunbar is dead. He died on Christmas Eve in his apartment in Belfast, reports the portal "Belfast Live".

The actor had worked on the popular HBO series “Game of Thrones” as the body double of Theon Greyjoy, which is played by the actor Alfie Allen.

He also appeared as an ally of John Snow at the Battle of the Bastards in season six of the series.

A memorial service is scheduled to take place on Monday at the Ballywillan Presbyterian Church in Portrush in Northern Ireland. According to media reports, Dunbar was only in his mid-30s.

Andrew Dunbar's surprising death shook the "Game of Thrones" family. The actor was the body and light double for Alfie Allen (33), who played Theon Graufreud in the hit series.

Allen now paid tribute to him in his Instagram story. The 33-year-old wrote that he was "extremely shocked and sad" after hearing about Dunbar's death.

"To lose a loved one so young, I can only imagine what his family is going through." Allen closes with the words: "Rest in peace, Andrew".

Andrew Dunbar was found dead in his Belfast home on Christmas Eve, according to media reports. He is said to have been in his mid-30s.

In "Game of Thrones" he also appeared in season six in the episode "The Battle of the Bastards" as one of the allies on the part of Jon Snow (Kit Harington).
